Optionally (if you want improved video quality) you can set -32biteverything on the command line, but the game will work regardless. Works by installing the game, patching to 1.7, applying the no-cd crack, and setting Compatibility Mode to 'Windows XP SP2'. I've had one crash after something like 3 hours, but luckily I had just finished a level and saved the game.
Works fine in Vista x86 (64 bit NOT tested).
